The Certificate of Eldership (C.E.S.) is a one-year academic program designed to prepare believers for biblical leadership and effective service within the local church. This program combines foundational theological training, spiritual formation, and practical ministry skills to equip future elders, church leaders, and ministry servants to lead with wisdom, integrity, and a shepherd’s heart.
