The Certificate of Episcopal Leadership (C.E.L.) is a one-year academic program designed to develop biblical, spiritual, and administrative leadership skills for those serving in church oversight and ministry leadership roles. This program combines biblical studies, pastoral leadership, church governance, and practical ministry training to prepare students for effective leadership, mentoring, and service within the Church and Christian organizations.
