The Certificate of Women Leadership (C.W.L) is a one-year academic program designed to equip women with biblical knowledge, leadership principles, and practical ministry skills for effective service in the church, community, and society. This program combines scriptural leadership training with personal development and ministry experience to prepare women to lead with wisdom, integrity, confidence, and Christ-centered influence.
